How to Reset a Telstra Evoke Pro 2.
Learn how to soft reset (reboot without losing files), factory reset via the Settings application, or hard reset your Telstra Evoke Pro 2 using hardware button combinations inside Android Recovery or iOS DFU mode.

Soft Reset (Force Restart)
Step 1Hold Power + Volume Down for 10-15 seconds
Keep holding until the screen turns off and the device restarts.
Factory Reset via Settings
Step 1Settings -> System -> Reset Options
Navigate to system options.
Step 2Select "Factory Data Reset" or "Erase All Data"
Confirm with lock code.
Factory Reset via Recovery Mode
⚠️ Warning: Erases all user files. Google Factory Reset Protection (FRP) will trigger. You will need the logged-in Google account.
Step 1Power off completely
Wait 30 seconds.
Step 2Hold Power + Volume Down (or Volume Up)
Hold until the brand logo appears. Release.
Step 3Select "Wipe data/factory reset"
Use Volume keys to scroll and Power key to select.
Step 4Reboot system now
Restart device.
